"Only in darkness can we see the stars." — Martin Luther King Jr.
As a psychotherapist, I view therapy as a holistic journey of self-discovery that nurtures the unfolding of the Self toward balance, growth, and individuation. By exploring the depths of the unconscious and embracing the complexities of the human psyche, we work together to forge a lasting, authentic connection with your true self, enabling you to live a more connected life—harmonizing mind, body, and spirit with your deeper nature and the world around you. This transformational journey, undertaken within a safe and collaborative therapeutic relationship, allows old behavioral patterns to evolve into healthier ways of being, inspiring renewal at the deepest levels of your psyche.
Prior to my current practice, I spent fifteen years in operations and management and held c-suite positions in the finance, non-profit, and tech sectors. This diverse background gives me a deep understanding of career and executive life, enabling me to support clients navigating these challenges.
I hold dual bachelor's degrees in International Relations and French from Birmingham-Southern College, an Executive Management & Leadership certification from the Wharton School, and a Master's in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS).
I work with individuals and couples facing a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma and PTSD, job stress, life transitions, and executive relationships. My interactive approach integrates various treatment modalities, including contemporary psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
Together, we can embark on a journey toward healing and self-discovery, fostering growth that resonates through every aspect of your life.
