Emotionally Focused Couples therapy

This evidence based form of couples therapy teaches partners to access core emotions and share them with one another effectively. EFT is based on the theory of attachment and that we need others to survive. The goal of this model is establish emotional security so we can feel strong independently and with our partner.

Conscious Uncoupling

Conscious uncoupling assists clients separate with dignity and respect to help minimize emotional trauma and promote a healthier transition for both parties. The practice encourages open and honest communication, conflict resolution skills, co-parenting strategies, boundaries, and Self-Care in order to help clients maintain their well-being and dignity during this difficult transition.

Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)

A mind-body psychotherapy that will help relieve suffering, overcome trauma, and emotional challenges. Therapy works to help people get clearer on what they are feeling, express their emotions, and build trust and vulnerability. The relationship with the therapist is used as a tool to help cultivate greater intimacy and connection with others.

Addiction Treatment

Addiction therapy helps individuals struggling with substance use disorder overcome the complex and often debilitating challenges of addiction. Clients are empowered to identify the root causes of their addictive behaviors, develop personalized treatment plans, and benefit from ongoing counseling and support. The approach encompasses various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family counseling, among others. Underlying issues such as trauma, co-occurring mental health disorders, and social factors are also addressed. This is a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their struggles and develop the skills needed to maintain long-term recovery.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for individuals + couples

An evidence based treatment that involves the use of ketamine’s psychedelic properties in tandem with psychotherapy to work through psychological and emotional challenges. It is the first psychedelic drug to be approved by the FDA and has been shown to be effective at treating depression, anxiety, and trauma. We will help you connect with one of our prescribing partners and schedule 1-6 ketamine sessions as well as continued integration sessions thereafter. KAP can be a powerful tool in helping create new perspectives, deep meaningful change, improved mood, and getting unstuck.
